These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you request a quote, make a booking, or otherwise use Grand Executive Cars's chauffeur services.
Bookings & quotes
A quote request submitted through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only once we contact you and agree the details and price.
Pricing
Prices are quoted as fixed, upfront fares based on the information you provide. Changes to the route, timing, stops or waiting time may affect the final price.
Cancellations
We'll confirm the cancellation and refund terms for your specific booking when we agree your fixed price. If your plans change, contact us as early as possible at info@grandexecutivecars.com.au or 0412 445 529 and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Liability
We aim to be punctual and reliable, but we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
